A Sad but Fond Farewell

Today was both a happy and sad day for all of us here in St. Mary’s P.S. We were happy to finish for our summer holidays but sad because this was our school secretary Denise’s last day. Denise has worked in our school for 37 years and we will miss her terribly. We also welcomed back Jeanette who was a cleaner in our school for almost as long and Denise was secretary to wish both of them a long and happy retirement.
