Credit Union Quiz Time
On the 29th of January our school had three teams go to the Credit Union school quiz first round, in Clady hall. There were multiple rounds with six questions in each round and there was an A competition and a B competition. Our A competition team came 3rd in the A competition and one of our other B competition teams unfortunately got put out because of a tie breaker round, the other finished in 1st place and went through to chapter two.
The second chapter of the Credit Union quiz was only for the first and second placed teams and was held in Ballymena North Business Centre, Ballymena. Our first placed B team were there to compete. It was very exciting as we were up against the best teams in Antrim this time. This was a lot harder than the first round! Our team now had to answer ten rounds of six questions . Unfortunately, our team came fourth which wasn`t enough to go through, unlike the first and second placed teams. We still had a great time and enjoyed our crisps and juice after the quiz.
