Dairy Council Visit
Thank you to Kerry and Hannah from the Dairy Council for delivering a very engaging and informative session to our Primary 5 and Primary 6 pupils today on the importance of Food and Fitness. As well as learning about the different food groups and the importance of eating a balanced diet, we learned that our exercise each day should total 1 hour. In particular, we loved singing the Food and Fitness rap and acting out the different styles of sports we could participate in.
