Sports Day 2023

We were lucky that the good weather held out for our three sports days. Miss Drayne, Joanne and the nursery children were first to take part and the sun shone for the children.

P1, P2 and P3 had their sports day on Monday 19th June, the sun was not shining but it was warm and dry. Amazing sports skills on display in each class. The sprint race for each class, in both the boys and girls races, were very very close. Making it a very exciting morning. All the mums got up for a sprint race and then the dads. Though Mr Walsh won the dad’s race… who allowed him to take part!!!

Some rain and even thunder arrived in Portglenone on Monday night, though thankfully not enough to stop P4,  P5 , P6 and P7 having their sports day.
