Feet First Friday

Gardening Club

This year we have had over 40 pupils who registered for the gardening club after school on a Tuesday. So far this year pupils have completed a lot of activities e.g. fed the birds, pulled out weeds, took part in the ‘Big Garden Bird Watch’, prepared containers for planting, completed research on-line, tidied greenhouse, looked after wormery, added to compost and watered plants. Caring for the Environment

On Wednesday 5th February Rachel Conway, from the Butterfly Conservation Society and some volunteers helped members of our eco-committee to plant some fruit trees at the rear of the school. Credit Union Quiz

On the 31st January 2020, Mrs Goldring accompanied 3 quiz teams from our school to the first chapter of the annual Credit Union Quiz which was held in Clady Hall. A P6 and a P7 team took part in the A Quiz which is for 10 years and younger and one team from P7 took part in the B Quiz which was for  over 11 years.
