Congratulations to all of our Travelling Book Fair Competition winners from Year 1 to Year 7. We loved finding out about your favourite books and where you love to read them. Big Bedtime Read

Thank you to all our Nursery, Year 1 and Year 2 pupils who took part in our Big Bedtime Read. Fairtrade

Our Year 6 pupils Michael, Hugo, Cormac and Charlie delivered a presentation on Fairtrade to all pupils at our first assembly of the term. Childline

Today the pupils of P6 and P7 attended a special assembly given by Childline. The assembly was all ablout the rights of all children to be safe and happy. Childline will also be back in the school next week to do some more work with the pupils in their own classrooms....

Camogie and Hurling

Our Year 6 and Year 7 pupils are having a fantastic time participating in the Partner Primary School Links Programme with PE teachers from St Louis Grammar School. The six week programme introduces them to and develops their skills in Camogie and Hurling as well as promoting team skills and physical exercise....

Friends of St. Mary's

Some members of The Friends of St. Mary's Association came along to school today to officially hand over a cheque for £485 to Macmillan Cancer Care. Local Library Schools Programme

Our Year 4 and Year 6 pupils have thoroughly enjoyed participating in the Local Library Schools Programme this month. They completed a range of activities to develop their understanding of Fiction and Non-Fiction as well as listening to a range of stories and poetry.
